3.5 star rating	Good Location. close to Darling harbor and a close walk to Town Hall train station.	I have stayed in numerous hotels, many of them a higher and lower star rating of Quest and I totally understand taking credit card details in case there are any incidentals after a customer leaves, however I wasn't best pleased that you took $200 from my bank account as a deposit as such. Your hotel is reasonably priced and is not marketed at the higher income earners, people stay with you to save some money. To take $200 off people I don't think is the right thing to do and has put me off staying with yourselves again, to put it into perspective $200 would have paid for my partner and I's entry into the Zoo, Aquarium and Madame Tussaud's. Sydney isn't a cheap place as it is and to take $200 off some body who earns an average wage isn't going to appeal to people. The other issue I have with this is that I was informed it would take 3 to 4 business days to come back into my account, $200 is a lot of money and to have it taken in the first place then have to wait to get it back is a total inconvenience and can potentially put people under financial stress depending on their circumstances. The bed sheets didn't get changed once while we were there which seemed a little uncleanly, we know this as there was a spot of blood on the sheet after we got there on the first night and was there every other night. There was also no safety deposit boxes to store valuables and passports. With the size of the bathroom the shower was very small and in desperate need of an upgrade. I don't want to put a negative taint on the trip but I really think you need to reconsider your policies when taking money off of clients.	05 February 2013

4.0 star rating	Check in staff (Lisa) was very friendly. Great location.	Excessive noise carry through from the corridors. Staff never acknowledged when we arrived back or were going out from the hotel even though we literally walked in-front of them.	20 February 2013
