4.0 star rating	Well situated for exploring the souks, walking up and down the creek, easy access to the metro, crossing the creek on the water taxi or abras. Nice pool, sauna and steam room. The bakery shop in the hotel reception was brilliant and very reasonable compared to the rest of the hotel food outlets.	The staff hold off getting to know you they do not attempt to be very friendly, They also need educating on the area and services in Dubai, instead of just advising you to get a taxi all the time. We love walking and exploring, but the hotel did not have a single map of the area, no information on the museum or how to get there. The hotel should put on more free transport to the malls and the beach. When we asked which was the best beach to go to and how to get there the response was very poor with no information a big let down.	Yorkshire Lass	06 June 2010

4.5 star rating	The only reason I have marked down the facilities at this hotel is because the pool and gymn area are being refurbished and were therefore not available. I really found this hotel to be excellent and would challenge anyone complaining about this hotel. I stay in a lot of hotels in a range of price brackets on a regular basis and this hotel stands out as the best in staff professionalism that I have seen for a long time - from the room cleaning staff, staff in the breakfast area, the porters and the reception staff. 2.5 star rating	Hotel overbooked so upgraded but completely offset by negative comments.	Late check-in and was met by prostitutes outside the hotel, upon entering the hotel and again while in main lobby lift. This hotel knows their main bar is frequented by large numbers of prostitutes although turns a discreet blind eye. This hotel is NOT suitable for families or couples. Front doorman was less than helpful when I asked for a local taxi upon leaving and tried to force me to use the official hotel car - in the end he simply walked away to deal with another hotel guest and I had to walk to the main road to hail a local taxi. Save yourself the grief and book one of the many other 4 star hotels in Deira - NOT RECOMMENDED and does no way meet Radisson's usual standards.	Never again	22 May 2015
4.5 star rating	The room was spotless, quiet, and bed and linens very comfortable, check in and out was very fast and professional. The food choices and food quality offered at the hotel are outstanding. Also, the server named Grace in the buffet restaurant makes the meal experience very welcoming and friendly.	Traffic to the location is horrible. Be prepared to valet your car and walk/take metro which is nearby. Pool is being renovated so it's closed.	Annie	28 June 2015
