3.5 star ratingThe hotel is decent and the cleaners and porters are very nice.The receptionists are uncoordinated. They don't have a consolidated source of payments records. They are very slow in getting information for booking agents. This fault has to be shared with the booking agents. I paid my hotel online but the payment didn't reflect on the hotel system.
