3.5 star rating		The MUSE Pub on the ground floor was pumping out music at full volume on Saturday and Monday nite when we were trying to sleep 2 floors above. The music could have been half the loudness. We had a 4am flight to catch on 5/11 and as a result of the MUSE club got very little sleep. I would not stay at this hotel again.		07 November 2013
3.0 star rating	The room and the hotel was very clean. Free Wifi. Shower was nice. The swimming pool looked nice. The room service man (Mohammed on level 3) was very nice and helpful compared to the other staff in the hotel. He made sure our room was cleaned every morning and helped us with our enquires in every way he could. The night staff were nice during our check in.	The breakfast they provided was not a 4 star hotel standard. I have stayed in 4 stars hotel in Dubai Deira and I therefore expected a lot from this hotel however the breakfast was average. Not much of a selection of food. Not many clean dishes or mugs available to eat in the morning. Had to wait for a clean mug to make a cup of tea. They were very disorganise in the morning. It seems they were short staff. The hotel was far from the Metro and shopping mall. Approx. 10-15mins walk. The gym had restricted hours. Therefore I could not go to the gym when I wanted too. I asked if I could access the gym an hour earlier, they refused. Also most of the equipment were out of order! I asked to speak to the manager every morning and he was always unavailable. The receptionist during the morning were rude. Not a smile to welcome you in the morning or even when you ask a question. The rooms were average. The first room I stayed in was very small and the bathroom, you could not open the door fully since the toilet was blocking it. The bathroom was very small! Since they made a mistake with my booking, the next day I had a room that was spacious and the bathroom was larger than previous room. However the room were not 4 star standard. More like 3 star. The hotel overall was average however if you are on a budget than it is ok to stay for a few days however if your expecting it to be a 4 star hotel than do not stay in this hotel. There are other hotels in Deira that are 4 stars. Do not be deceived by the photos they advertised online. Room service take forever to send someone up when you request for help i.e. how to operate the shower. The fridge was sealed due to the minibar. So you could not even use the fridge unless you want to use the minibar. I would not stay in this hotel again. I was very disappointed. It was not a 4 star hotel! More like a 3 star hotel.
