3.0 star ratingthe reception staff and the belboys are good, professionalism, dealing with us in very nice and lovely,.... 1- the carpet of the room is too dirty and old and can not be cleaned. most of other rooms has the same (dirty carpet because I changed the many rooms). 2-they gave me smoking room, even though I asked them to change the room but the others has the same smil (smoking) while they are saying that the new room is non smoking room!!!!!!!!!!!! (it has bad smoking smil and the carpet has been burned by a sigrets!!!!!!!!!!). 3-this hotel is 4 star hotel but does not has the facility of free high speed internet!!????? while it is not mentioning in thier website that this facility will charged as other hotels!!!???. there is no traperency and clearance in this point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not only that, because I'm traveling for buisness matter, I had been forced to accept to use the Internet after paying DHM 15.00 per hour, unfortuantely, I could not use it because my room firstly at the second floor and secondly at the foorth floor because the signal is too weak. as the resalt, ther is no facility called Internet in this hotel (for me). 4- No gym facility in this hotel, while they are laying to the guests in thier website and saying that we have this facility!!!!!!!!!!!!! once you ask him to use it; their answer is that the gym hall is under maintainance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5- they told us that the swimming pool, suna, steam rooms are available from 9 AM to 6 PM, unfortuanetely, once we went to use these facilities after 10 AM, they are not ready specially the suna and the steam rooms. they asked us to wait more than 30 minitues to keep them ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
