5.0 star rating	We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful and always happy, welcoming and pleasant. The hotel was situated right next to the metro station, only 20 mins ride to city centre (Burj Khalifa). Breakfast was amazing, room was always cleaned and on my birthday they sent a cake to my room! 5.0 star rating	Al Ghurair Rayhaan was a wonderful place to stay for 2 nights on our way back to Australia from 7 weeks in Europe. We were very grateful when we were offered a 3 pm checkout as we had a 2am flight but had a tour booked at 330pm so it was a nice touch for us. The staff were very attentive and pleasant and the hotel rooms and common areas were beautiful. Enjoyed our stay very much.	Nothing negative to say.	Lian	08 August 2014
5.0 star rating	A wonderful gem of a hotel. The location was very convenient to several shopping malls. The staff were very friendly and professional. My son enjoyed an impromptu tour of the hotel and was very impressed! The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety and was very tasty. There was something for everyone. 4.5 star rating	Staff was amazing with knowledge of there duties ,very helpful , and very friendly. Breakfast was was good but just lacking a bit more western food. I love curry but not everyday for breakfast.	Wifi in room was very poor with weak signal had to go down to the lobby to get a good connection.	Viva Mexico :)	13 July 2016
