4.5 star rating	Very nice hotel overall, lover the stay and hotel staff were courteous however the security guy at the Lebanese bar on M level was grossly rude and lied saying there was no bar tgrre. 3.5 star rating	the hotel itself is amazing for me..loved the mini bar, the breakfast is good, love the comfortness of the bed, loved the interior.	the issuance of the new access card was a nuisance, we extended for another night, and was issued a card thats not working on the lifts and in the room. good thing my husband was inside, and a friend who helped me access our floor. Called the reception (the one who issued me the cards) and she said that maybe "i didnt know how to use the card" i answered her "seriously?! been here for a night and u still think i ddnt know how to use the card?! she wanted me to go back again in reception after spending a long time in there extending our stay. instead of apologizing, the receptionist didn't believe that the cards are really not working..we went down again to attend our event in one of their hall and have the cards fixed. its really annoying, im pregnant and i need to go back and forth for these issues. hope next time they improve the efficiency in reception.	aize	13 March 2017
