This 5 star hotel is located in the city centre of Dubai and was established in 1980. It is close to the Dubai Gold Souk. 2.5 star rating		hotel staff were not well traind not welcoming . Aircodition system was not working properly. I have asked several times that my reading light is not working they ignored it. Waiters in resturat were unfrindly and relctant to serve to the gusts. Only porter were polit and friendly.	James	10 December 2012
5.0 star rating	We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were so pleasant and professional and could not do enough to help make our stay a pleasant one. The cleaning staf were so discreet and non intrusive, and it was a treat to return to our room in the evening to find they had been in and prepared the room for the night and put fresh glasses and a bottle of water beside the bed. The facilities are first rate and the food delicious, especially the breakfast which was included in the price of our room. There was everything you could want within the hotel and the galleria, in fact if you did not want to go out you could spend your time at the hotel and not go anywhere! We were amazed at how polite and calm the front desk staff were on a couple of occasions when we noticed customers being very rude for whatever reason, perhaps they were tired after their flights etc.	We talked this through, and can quite honestly say we cannot think of anything negative at all about our stay at the Hyatt Regency. 5.0 star rating	All was good - exceptional reception staff and very good room and facilities. Would certainly stay there again.	I asked for a non-smoking room which was confirmed, but I was put on a smoking floor. When I realized this after about 30 mins, I was promptly moved. I couldn't get the water to come out of the bath tap - it was half coming out of the tap and half out of the hand shower attachment on the bath - despite desperate attempts to get it to come out of the tap. Not only did the water go into the bath in a slow trickle, but it was also only warm - not hot enough for an enjoyable bath.	Anonymous	14 March 2016
