4.5 star rating	Excellent service and atmosphere. Quality rooms and value for money.	No taxi service available. Public taxis also not available. If you wish to extend your stay, you will pay much higher rate. Don't overstay your original booking. For breakfast your have to go to another building.		22 January 2009

The reception staff give a very good impression of some East European Secret Police and very unhelpful. Sliding door in living area had been broken in from outside and not fixed properly and was not advised and i fixed securing bracket in door. price for breakfast seemed expensive.Booking confirmation does not state which Golden Sands building e.g. No.3.No response to emails when trying to contact you for information such as building number.Making it exspensive when travelling in a taxi. 3.0 star rating		Jag bodde pÃ¥ hotellet frÃ¥n 22/6 till 19/07 , 27 natter , total belopp skall betalas inklusive skatt och moms var 5100AED, men nÃ¤r jag kom fram till hotellet jag har blivit Ã¶verraskad..jag mÃ¥ste betala 6330AED , till sist efter lÃ¥ng diskussion jag fick betala 5500AED. 4.0 star rating	I was there for two weeks. From check in to check out it was a great experience. Love to stay at Golden Sands 5, great place to stay and highly recommend. Great team of staff, very helpful, genuine in caring for guest. Mr Abdullah helped during check in and check out with warm greeting, help with luggage and weighing of baggage etc. Very deligtful team at GS5.	Nothing, rooms are being upgraded; which is great. 4.0 star rating	The room, facilities and cleanliness, were of a good standard. The staff were helpful.	The room standard was not as good as shown on the website and despite a number of requests to the reception staff we were told we had to see the manager who was never available to talk to.
