Renovated in 2005, this business hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and offers 525 rooms over 2 buildings. Facilities in the air-conditioned property include a lobby with a 24-hour reception service, a safe and a currency exchange. In addition, there is a bar, restaurants and a lounge. Conference facilities and a room service are also available. Each room is fully-equipped as standard including an executive work desk, a satellite/cable TV and a minibar. Recreational facilities include a spacious gym, a swimming pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi.

1.0 star ratingthe hotel is absolutely worthless in every aspect. Location : it is in that part of town where even nearest metro would be about 20-30 minutes walk. nearest mall is 20 minutes walk.Not close to any singapore attraction. Taxi in Singapore already to expensive. Staff: Most of the staff i interacted were rood starting from check-in , to travel service , to the shop owners in the hotel to the bell boy. Everyone in the hotel is too rude. I don't know if they have problems with Indian's in particular or they do it with every guest. Food & drinks : Too expensive in the hotel. Beer was about $15. Room: Size was Ok but everything was too old and dirty. The carpet , the bathroom ( old amenities & dirty ) , the tea provided had no taste.Every morning the laundry lady used to ring for clothes. If i need laundry service i will give a call , why bother me every morning.Only the air condition seems to work. I would not stay here or suggest anyone to stay.the hotel is expensive charging about US$ 140-150 per night , breakfast too expensive. Taxi from airport during day costed about Singapore $ 27. Clean.Booking thru a third party informed us that internet was not available unless we paid $25 per day. $25 per day I would like to see the quality of dancing girls who come with the internet access.
