4.0 star ratingThe services are very good. The Staff are very professional and friendly especially housekeeping. They went out of the way to help. The operators are good and not sleeping when you call them 2am.The hotel itself is twenty years old and the overall interior of the bedrooms are dark, old fashion, and a bit outdated...The lobby and other areas are ok but not inspirational like the Four Seasons in other parts of Asia. The swimming pool is really disappointing, you expect greatness from their brand but nothing unusal. The outdoor jaccuzzi is weak with only three jet stream working out of the six. The most ridiculous thing is that they still only offer instant coffee in the regular rooms. Only the suites have coffee machines. Now in Shanghai you get coffee machines in alot of five stars. In Shenzhen and Guangzhou they have the Nespresso machine in regular rooms at the Four Seasons. At the buffet breakfast, the coffee they offered are made from instant power so I had to ask for a nice cup of machine-made coffee separately. Can you imagine...clubikon17 May 2015

Almost nothing I can find fault with - fantastic room, helpful staff, good facilities, good location.The only things which could be improved were: no milk in the room (only coffee creamer, which is horrid in tea!)
