4.5 star rating	From check in onwards the staff were warm and friendly. The room is spacious with a nice bathroom and the airconditioner works great. Rooms made up daily. Buffet breakfast including egg station has enough variety to suit most people and was plentiful. Overall a really nice place to stay.		Jackie	25 March 2015
5.0 star rating	Just got back after an 8 night stay at this hotel. It is an absolute gem of a place that is perfectly located in the heart of Legian just about a 3 minute walk to the beach. But honestly why go to the beach, with a brilliant rooftop infinity pool that looks out to a brilliant sunset you can just relax and enjoy your days and evening in comfort and style. There's a fantastic bar there as well called Chadis. Alcohol is decently priced and you can get food up from the main restaurant from downstairs. They have free live music, show movies projected on a wall next to the pool once a week and have a number of specials when it comes to food and drink be it day or night. The hotel rooms are perfectly sized with a great bathroom and super comfy bed. The staff are just beautifully kind and welcoming. The hotel photographer is just such a kind-hearted and warm person who flashes you a smile from his desk near the elevator bay making you feel that much more welcome every time you go to and from your room. The breakfast is great with a fabulous mixture of Asian and Western dishes, an egg station, salad bar, and some wonderful pastries and fruits. I ate and ate at my stay here. The restaurant is great too and is a lovely way to spend the evening or even to call up for food to be brought to your room. The staff always went above and beyond during our stay. We wanted to take some vegemite from the hotel to give to some American friends we made in another hotel nearby and they gladly packaged some to take away. When my gf needed a hair dryer they brought one up within minutes. You can get laundry done at the hotel. The rooms even come with a single power point that is universal so you don't even need to bring any adaptor. A couple of bottles of water are supplied each morning. The mini-bar is also very cheap with nothing costing over $1 (I did notice they never restocked during our stay but they likely would have had we asked and ultimately we used a convenience down the block). The hotel itself is near a strip of restaurants. If you want some amazing local and cheap foods and lovely company we highly recommend visiting the Warung Padma for a cheap but amazing meal from Dobie who is just an amazing character and a brilliant chef. I really can't say anything but wonderful things about this hotel. I absolutely loved it and felt like we had lucked out in staying there. Can't wait to get back there - shame we ever had to check out.		Dan	15 May 2015
4.5 star rating	Once again a very enjoyable stay at the Swiss Bel-Inn, love the rooftop pool, all the staff are so friendly and helpful	Room cleanliness was not to the same standard that we had last time we stayed - benches were not wiped down, toiletries not topped up and for some reason we sometimes did or did not have a hand towel. 4.5 star rating	Your staff were amazingly helpful when my sister had her credit card stolen. They had a car ready and waiting to take her to the police station to file a report and were on hand to google information as required. Top class! Your staff in general were friendly and helpful - we had such a delightful stay. We stayed in room 325 and there was a bit of a damp smell but it wasn't too bad. All in all it was a great hotel to stay in. I will certainly stay there again and recommend it to everyone! Thank you		Anonymous	24 April 2016
