4.5 star rating	Amazing food. Friendly, helpful staff. Good range of pools	Very noisy! We stayed there with our 2yr old son and was continuously disturbed by drunk people laughing, talking extremely loud and partying in their rooms. 5.0 star rating	VÃ¤ldigt varmt mottagande och trevlig personal. Fina ljusa rum med frÃ¤scht badrum. StÃ¤dningen var noggrann varje dag. 5.0 star rating	Staff are so friendly and helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast and nice. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly everyday. Beds are huge and comfy. The pool is amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. Staff at the pool bar are super fun and drinks are cheap. Gym and tennis court facilities are very good for hotel. Location if the hotel is good. Near lots of nice restaurants and only a short taxi ride to seminyak square area. Security boxes in each room that are easy to use. Overall a great place to stay. I would definitely return and recommend to a friend. Great hotel. Well worth the money.	Our only disappointment was that we couldn't get a reservation at the spa (we tried a few times). This means it must be good I suppose. Be sure to book ahead.	Izzy	01 June 2017
