4.5 star rating	I really liked the location of this hotel and where our room was situated. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. The location was great and even if you didn't want to leave the hotel, you could pretty much have everything catered for. 4.5 star rating	Great location right on the beach and with the pool having a view of the surf made it perfect. Staff were always friendly and helpful and the garden surrounds were cared for beautifully.	Only criticism would be that the twin rooms had single beds and we would have paid extra if the larger room actually had larger beds but unfortunately they were only the small single beds too. 4.5 star rating	I love the pool over looking the beach. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to have a boxed breakfast to take with us when we had to leave for the airport at 4 am.	Nothing negative. Just would have liked a safe in the room and a larger fridge. 2.0 star rating	Location	Tired looking. Dangerous steps and driveway, dirty rooms. My husband was rushed to hospital whilst we were staying there and they wouldn't even call me a taxi. They told me I needed to take my luggage (4 bags) stand at the end of the street and flag one down. This is all because apparently taxis are not allowed at the hotel? When your husband is rushed to hospital in a foreign country staff need to make an exception and call one. Never in all my visits to Bali have I experienced such a bad hotel.	Noname	11 February 2017

4.0 star rating	This hotel is situated on the beach front at Seminyak. The rooms are spacious and clean with a modern bathroom. The hotel grounds boast lovely gardens, large pool with swim up bar. Breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant and is not lacking with the assortment of both Asian and Western dishes. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant to take in the spectacular sunsets.The location is perfect to walk the beach, have relaxing beach massages, close to beach cafes, bars and shopping. A perfect getaway for either couples, families or groups. This was not my first stay and we will definitely be back.		DonnaS	20 March 2017

2.5 star rating	Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good location was good	Room was ok but beds were hard, the water took ages to heat up and we had to dispose of a couple of cockroaches who were living in the bathroom. Also something little but I found quite offensive, when I asked for paper to print my flight check in confirmation I was told it would cost 5000 rupiah per page. It wasn't the $1 itself that annoyed me although 50c per piece of paper was a bit rich, it was the fact that they charged a paying guest at all. 5.0 star rating	We had such a positive experience at this hotel, the staff were always friendly and happy to see you. I had my birthday there and got surprised at breakfast with a cake and personalised letter of birthday wishes - such a surprise. The water in the bathroom had great pressure and temperature and the room was lovely.	Haven't been able to put a 5 for food as we only ate at the hotel once. Other than at breakfast time (which was complimentary) the restaurant was empty which put us off eating in it.	Charlie	24 November 2016
1.5 star rating	The room was cheap during the busy Christmas period. It's a good spot right on the beach.	Staff would not call us a taxi when requested. They told us to go out on the street and order one ourselves. The rooms are fairly basic. There were spiders and cockroaches in my room. The staff at the Buffett breakfast wanted to charge us an extra $3 if we wanted non Balinese coffee. This hotel attracts tourists from a very low class background (ie "bogans"). There were lots of flies on the fruit at breakfast which should have been covered.	HM	31 December 2016

3.5 star rating	Very nice pool and backs right onto beach	Hotel rooms average. Had requested twin room, also had requested if this was an issue to inform us.
