5.0 star rating	Very attentive staff but not in your face. Beautiful room with a complimentary drink upon arrival and fruit in your room. Pool is lovely and so is the food. 5.0 star rating	Fantastic location, away from Kuta but in the bustle of Legian. Great rooms and we really loved the large shower head. Cold mini bar fridge (this is rare in bali). Amazing staff, they gave us a room to shower in after we had checked out so that we could freshen up before our late night flight home. Breakfast was good, meals were delicious at Romeo's Bar and Grillery. The pool was great. We will definitely be returning to this hotel as we could not fault it. Great value here. 4.5 star rating	All good no complaints except, it was always too hot having breakfast. I complained/ mentioned the matter on four occasions to various staff but it appeared the attitude was, "that's the way it" without trying to find a solution. If there is a solution. Personally, I would get the architect/designer back and let them sort out the problem if you agree there is a problem. It was the only source of complaint amongst other guests otherwise, great! 5.0 star rating	Location is good However I was misleading by Google Map in the first time. I entered the wrong path when I was driving car. Front desk staff is very professional and fast to check-in, and provide me COLD welcome drink. Staff also escort me to room and introduce the facilities, Cozy room with clean bed, very good. 5.0 star rating	I have recently returned from a holiday staying at the Ossotel Hotel in Legian. Such a beautiful hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were clean, modern and ultra comfortable with the best pillows and all rooms overlooked the swimming pool. Within a minute walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants the location was perfect. The hotel served a beautiful breakfast from the Restaurant / Bar "Romeos" and at night had a great selection of cocktails and drinks. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay again, Thanks Ossotel for a wonderful holiday		Stacey P	10 March 2016
