Great location in Jumeriah Beach (construction going on across the road but this didn't have any impact on sleeping or other activities). 4.5 star rating	Lovely modern hotel, spacious room, super comfy beds, lovely bathroom. professional and courteous staff with nice pool. Really enjoyed my stay and felt the standard of the rooms and service was very good. Good value for money.	I was sent an invitation to have a complimentary cocktail at the bar, however i did not take the invite with me (as it did not say i needed to present it to redeem the complimentary drink). Upon checkout the hotel charged me for the drink, and when i explained i didn't realise i had to take the invite with me, the hotel staff member then advised that i would still be charged unless i provided her with the original invite, as it had a unique code. Thought this was a bit silly when they could have noted it on my room notes that i was given this, rather than me having to "prove" this. Small hiccup in an otherwise lovely stay.		23 July 2013

5.0 star rating	It was nice to receive a upgrade and complimentary anniversary celebration cake and card, was a nice touch by the management. A great stay at a very nice hotel. 5.0 star rating	Beautiful hotel. The staff just can't do enough for you, they are so courteous and helpful. The pool area is lovely and you get a nice sea view, with Atlantis in the background. The breakfast is very nice, though a bit limited. The beds are amazingly comfy. Overall it is defo a 5* hotel and I will surely visit again.	It's a bit far from the airport and the main city centre so had to rely on taxis. We used the metro on a few occasions but even that is a 15min walk away so had to get the bus. The lifts are very slow and there's not enough of them. The wifi doesn't give very fast connection so they should invest in a faster service.	Shan	17 May 2014

At reception they could see my wife had a disability and offered us a room more suited to her needs.They lent us a wheel chair allowing us to do a lot more during our stay.
