4.5 star rating	Very good room, great view, in the middle of Dubai marina around skyscrappers. Tthe breakfast was rich in a nice restaurant upstairs.They also have a few clubs and bars in this hotel. The reception staff was professional and helpful. The Jumeirah Towers		Inga	08 March 2012
4.5 star rating	As having worked in hospitality in my early years of employment, I was impressed with the service as clear communication and first class customer service is imperative. One aspect which impressed me the most was everybody smiled which is another key factor in providing first class service. I want to thank everyone who works at the hotel, especially Roshan and Hardipvat (I think I mis-spelt his name) the Day Valet Parking Driver. They assisted us in providing us locations of sight-seeing, attractions and of local stores. Keep up the good work!! We will be coming back to stay here next year!	Na	Rav	22 January 2017
3.5 star rating	This is an average 3 star hotel. The room is quite basic but very clean. Location of the hotel is very good in Dubai Marina. The hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from Jumeirah Lakes Towers metro station and about 10 minutes walk from the beach. Marina Mall is very close as well. There are several restaurants in walking distance.	Most of the rooms are smoking rooms. There are only a few floors that are non-smoking. I advice you to send an email to the hotel if you want to have a non-smoking room. There are several night clubs and pubs at the hotel (ground floor) and the music is VERY loud. You can hear that to your room. Our room was on 5th floor and we could hear the music from the night club. If you are light sleeper this is not a good place for you. I would not recommend for families with kids either.	Katie	14 March 2016
