3.5 star rating	Service i alla restauranger och poolbaren ,frukosten Ã¤r verkligen topp. Service in the restaurants and poolbar is great. The breatkfast is first class.	Receptionen Ã¤r lÃ¥ngt ifrÃ¥n att vara professionell. Incheckning tog 30 minuter , utcheckningen minuter. De betjÃ¤nar ibland tvÃ¥ kunder och tar emot telefonen. Receptionen ser inte heller inbjudande ut. Mycket byggljud vid poolen genom byggnation pÃ¥ granntomten. Ingen hÃ¶jdare samt i havet finns en byggnation (The Dubai Wheel construction ) Poor service while inchecking and outchecking. No proffessionell stuff. Waiting 30minutes until she found our booking.Outchecking took only 20 minutes because the receptionist was helping a collegue with a customer and answered the phone during he tried to fix our bill. The reception is not either very inviting when you come in. Not funny is the construction noise beside the pool aand the big Dubai Wheel construction in the sea. 5.0 star rating	It was a great hotel with a fantastic price from Hotelopia. I can say half the price of other websites. I arrived early 9 hours but I got the room for free at 06:00 AM. Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Everything was positive. Even the breakfast was delicious and the service was good. Highly rekommenderas.	Nothing	Georges	01 July 2016
5.0 star rating	Everything from the food, facilities and helpful staff was top notch, had a marvellous stay for 14 nights.	There are over 40 floors In the Hilton Residence block with 3 lifts to accommodate all the residence, sometimes there are queues and you can spend time waiting.	Carlybo	29 August 2016
