5.0 star rating	This is a brand new apartment hotel in JBR. The rooms are very spacious and super clean. This is a real bargain compared to other hotels in this area. We stayed at Hilton Jumeirah Beach Residences in September and Ramada Plaza is like a copy of Hilton residences. The only difference is the price.	Small hotel pool. This is however not a big issue because there is a wonderful beach just behind the hotel.	Katie	18 January 2013
5.0 star rating	EXCELLENT!!! Beautiful immaculate hotel, they upgraded us to a 4 bedroom suite due to birthday from one of us,which was SPECTACULAR! Lots of attention and courtesy from all staff since we arrived till we left. This hotel is not your usual Ramada, this is a luxurious property in an excellent location on JBRWalk and Dubai Marina. and a block from beach. They gave us 3 free alcohol drinks vouchers at arrival! Will definitely stay here again and again! Hotelopia had the best nightly rate including half board that can't be beat by any hotel close by in this area in Dubai. Definitely a plus to include the excellent buffet bkfast/dinner, which by the were tasty and a lot of variety well prepared delicious food. Short 10-15 minute walk to Jumeirah Lakesmetro station and gorgeous view of the Marina on the to the metro station. Overall this hotel is excellent for the location, price, courteous staff and all the pampering since you arrive. Loved it and will definitely will return again.	The only negative is that we were on a rental car and the drop off was at the hotel, which we can't find were the Dollar Car rental drop off was, and asked and they say inside the multilevel underground parking, but no signs or anything to direct you to Dollar Rent a Car, which after 20 minutes driving in circle inside the parking, I found out that is in front of the parking hotel entrance (no Dollar rent a car sign of any kind). and the car rental desk is inside the Ramada hotel. I guess this is not a Ramada hotel but the car rental to blame. I told the Dollar car rental representative about it, and he just said that everybody said the same thing! I told him well, you should put some signs or fix it for future travellers. He looked at me like he didn't care or any response at all. Other than this, this hotel is excellent! 5.0 star rating	The Ramada is good value for money considering the location as anything on the Jumeriah beach is double. amazing roof top top Braziliab restuarant well worth the extra!	I had a wonderful view of the marina, but there are views of the towers. Building works around hotel (not at all hotels failt -it's Dubai) made siting out for breakfast noisy.	flight attendant	21 January 2015
3.0 star rating	The room was a good size and presented well.	The foyer was very small and could not accommodate the number of guests checking in/out. It was very overcrowded and had a rather pungent smell. The water pressure in our room was quite bad. The shower was so disappointing and should have been a power shower in a four star facility. We had to request the bath/shower to be cleaned on our arrival as it was quite filthy, for which they apologised. The toilet flush was temperamental; sometimes it flushed sometimes it didn't! Some members of staff didn't speak very good English which lead to a few major problems. Courtesy and communication could also have been improved. The other guests almost made us feel unwelcome, presumably because of our race. There was a lot of unwanted staring and pushing ahead of us in queues. Receptionists and waiters at times served guests who were behind us as though we were invisible.	Slightly disappointed	21 May 2015

2.0 star rating		FÃ¶rst o frÃ¤mst fick vi vÃ¤nta i tvÃ¥ timmar fÃ¶r att fÃ¥ vÃ¥ran lÃ¤genhet(16.00 ist fÃ¶r 14.00). Ingen kompensation alls och stÃ¤dningen var usel, bla matrester pÃ¥ golvet. Fick ge en ORDENTLIG dricks till stÃ¤daren fÃ¶r att Ã¶ver huvudtaget fÃ¥ en godkÃ¤nd StÃ¤dning. Det enda positiva var att vi fick ett temporÃ¤rt rum som vi kunde vÃ¤nta i tills vÃ¥ran LÃ¤genhet blev klar dom sista timmarna (vi anlÃ¤nde kl 10 vilket vi hade fÃ¶rvarnat om) Men vi var 7 pers inkl ett spÃ¤dbarn sÃ¥ det blev jobbigt Ã¤ndÃ¥. NÃ¤r vi bokade hotellet via hotelopia stod det att vi skulle betala skatt pÃ¥ ca 105 dirham men vid incheckning ville dom ha 210! Ok visst jag betalade men nÃ¤r vi checkade ut sÃ¥ sa dom att det var ett misstag och ville ha ytterligare 105 dirham! Dom vÃ¤grade ge med sig o jag fick betala Ã¤nnu en gng. Det Ã¤r inte pengarna som Ã¤r viktigt i detta fall utan det sÃ¤tt dom behandlar sina gÃ¤ster fÃ¶r nÃ¥gra hundringar. 5.0 star rating	The staff were really friendly and helpful and ensured we were able to get into our room as quickly as possible after a long night flight. The hotel is clean, the rooms are lovely and the food and facilities were great.	The room was quite noisy, could hear music playing from the other rooms and it sounded like furniture was being moved around in the room above me, although this wouldn't put me off staying here again. 5.0 star rating	Loved my 4 night stay in Deluxe studio with balcony overlooking Marina - walking distance to everything you need, entire hotel was spotless, staff are a credit to the hotel and each and everyone had a smile or willingness to help in any way. Food was top quality and large portions, morning breakfast was fresh, well catered for any appetite and likes or dislikes. Cannot rate this place any higher A++++++	None what so ever...
