5.0 star rating	Absolutely outstanding in every possible. We've stayed at a number of five star hotels around the globe and this experience was by far and away the best. Perfect in every ! I don't normally do surveys either, but simply had to for Grosvenor House!	Haha! None? I guess the free wifi was pretty slow....	Pete	01 June 2013
5.0 star rating	This is absolutely one of the best hotels in Dubai. You may also use facilities and the beach club of Le Royal Meridien hotel. There is a bus transportation between these two hotels every 10 minutes and it takes about 5 minutes to get there. We stayed on half board which I recommend for everybody. There was a 3 course set menu in several hotel restaurants. You could also eat at Le Royal Meridien restaurants. I recommend especially Embassy Dubai which is a fine dining restaurant with amazing views over Dubai. The buffet restaurant "Sloanes" is also amazing for dinner. B/Attitude Spa at Grosvenor House is a must. This is the most beautiful spa that I have ever seen. Service at this hotel is very good. We were upgraded free of charge to a two bedroom suite because our room type was not ready early at morning when we arrived. The suite was huge and very clean. Fresh fruits were delivered to the room every day. I had my birthday during our stay and the staff delivered a bottle of red wine and a birhtday cake to the room.		Katie	17 June 2014
