4.5 star rating	The Hotel is in a great location on the walk and with the beach just a short walk over the road. all the staff were very good and couldnt do enough for you, from taking your luggage out of the taxi to getting it up to your room as soon as you get there yourself after checking in. The room service food wasnt the cheapest and neither was the drinks around the pool in the daytime, but just round the corner from the hotel is a little supermarket where you can stock up on bottle of water, food and fizzy drinks etc. we had our mini bar removed so we could fill the fridge with stuff we bought from outside. Swimming pool is lovely but between around 11am till 1pm we had to go to the beach to get the sun as the towers around the hotel block the sun from the pool around this time but i think u'll find that anywhere in dubai with the amount of towers they have! very clean hotel though and gym and sauna facilities were good too. all in all well worth the stay here if your looking for a great hotel in a great location! If you love supercars all you have to do is sit outside the front of the hotel on an evening and the one way street is always full of them driving by. Thomas Renton the front office Manager (british) was exceptional for any questions you may be unsure about.	sports bar downstairs in the entrance lobby allows smoking so it always stank throughout the week and as u walked to the lifts u could even get a whiff. the lifts need your keycard in evrytime u get in to activate it even if other people are in and have pushed a different floor. also if your keycard gets to much sun or goes near your phone it doesnt work, so i found out after getting in the lift to go to floor nine and it not working but subsequently someone calling it on floor 21 and me going all the way up and then having to go all the way back down with them and to reception. also the lift sometimes knocked off ure floor when someone gets out at a different one and u go somewhere else. all in all ive never spent so much time in a lift at hotels across the world. we had a part view sea room on the side of the hotel and it was a bit dark most of the time as it never really seemed to get any light in. the water in the taps in the room never got cold.
