4.5 star rating	Staff were friendly anf helpful. Ricky and the staff have kindly let me store my luggage and helped me book my taxi to the airport. Overall the staff team were excellent. I am very happy with their friendly customer service. Hotel is conveniently located near all the local eateries where one can eat cheaply. I will definitely return to the hotel.	Wifi reception was a little weak in the room. I am missing signals. Hotel location requires a 10 mins walk to Sham Shui Po MRT, a bit difficult if you have big luggages in the busy area. 4.0 star rating	Nice renovation and new. Kitchenette in room was useful, and both single beds were very nice. Nice bathroom amenities and hair curlers available to borrow. Convenient location but need a short 10mins walk	Bathroom was small.	Anonymous	02 November 2016
