4.0 star rating	Staff were very helpful, 24 hour service. Great location too, just a few minutes away from shops (local shops, minaar bazaar, bus stop and Al fahidi metro. close to Deira, Dubai mall, emirates mall and others. Take bus C1 from airport to hotel, at the bus stop, take a right and stay on the same road (Mankhool street) for abt 8 mins). Room cleaning everyday.	Not noted.		14 September 2013
3.0 star rating	Hotel room was clean for hotel of this price range. Staff were friendly and helpful generally. Despite problems still good value for money The down to earth Indian/Pakistani dishes in the resaurant were realy good but the european stufff like omlettes, croisants etc were well below standard.	Apartment had no fridge, when I complained we were given fridge which froze everything. Two electric sockets were faulty, these were replaced. Wash basin tap was loose, this was still a bit loose after being "fixed". Telephone was faulty and the button were elegible, this was replaced. While one realises faults happen in rooms, this room seemed to be neglected either by hotel maganement or previous occupants not reporting faults. There is bulding going on accross the street from the hotel, this meant noise distruption at most hours of the day. The nature of the rooms window meant the noise was not contained by the windows. Had to ask for room to be cleaned, which it was after our daily request. Had to request two sets of towels for two people, which I feel one shouldnt have to. Waiting staff in reastaurant were hit and miss in there ability to understand english.	CleanFreak	04 October 2013

3.0 star rating	Good location. The staff were indeed helpful.	When I booked in hotelopia it said wifi free. Unfortunately when I went to the hotel they said its chargeable. Need to renovate or make it more clean. We could see cockroaches and duvet were not clean. The Bathroom didn't have any exhaust fan. An old model television in which the channels were not clear. 2.5 star rating	Good location - cheap	Insects!! Lots of insects all over room. Building site across the road, house keeping very noisy on corridors to an annoying extent. One guy at reception needs to improve hisncommunication skills.	Veeevi	06 March 2015
2.5 star rating	Hotel cleaners were friendly and they kept room clean every day.	The room was noisy, every sound from outside, was heard inside. Bed and pillows were very hard. The tv and lamps didn't have "arabian" blugs so they didn't go to the sockets. We didn't have enough adapters with, so we couldn't use every electronic equipment at the same time. Hotel cleaners didn't automatically add toiletpapers, we had to inform the receptioners always when the paper run out.	NimetÃ¶n	17 March 2016
