5.0 star rating	The hotel was not centrally based in terms of sightseeing i.e. close to the creek but it was superior to other 4 star hotels we have stayed at close to the creek and taxi's are plentiful. 4.5 star rating	Feel welcome into the hotel	Price agreement forthe driver to pick us up from the airport. On the email it agreed that it would costs 100UAD but when we arrive hotel they said it costs 145UAD. Very disappointed with the difference price/agreement	Anonymous	23 August 2015
4.5 star rating	First room was good but second room was amazing. Supermarket nearby and restaurants about 10 min walk. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I am female and travelling alone - felt very safe.	They have night clubs in the hotel that run from 9pm to 3am and the noise travels at least to 4th floor. I asked to be moved the next night and the duty manager was fantastic and moved me to 7th floor to a great room.	Anonymous	27 September 2015

3.5 star rating	very good location and very good staff except operator wasim who likes to sleep on duty my incoming call was on hold for more than 15 - 20 mins	hotel staff needs more trainning they start reminding you not one time but two three times that check out time is 12 pm	surender motiani	22 July 2016

4.0 star rating	Beautiful in years gone by, the hotel is some years old but was very upmarket when it was young and it still retains much that is good. Staff were excellent & very helpful. If the bed were better then I would have given it a higher rating because it is excellent value for your money.	Beds are very firm so if you need a softer bed then this is not the hotel for you. There is a shower curtain in the bath, a glass screen would improve things greatly. They do not have steam irons for ironing your clothes in your room. Steam irons are a "safety hazard" and as such we have a plain iron so very difficult to iron many fabrics.	GeoffB	08 February 2016
