| 3.0 star rating | The worst hotel experience I've had. My room was entered while I was out on two of my three-day stays by persons other than housekeeping staff. On the first occasion, I found a master access card was left in the slot. On the second occasion, the toilet had been used and a tile in the shower smashed. When I informed reception, they advised they had checked access to my room and insisted no-one had accessed my room other than myself, and offered no solution (they offered to change my room but this will not help if the intruder has access to any room!). As a single female traveler, I felt very unsafe and dissatisfied with the response to my security concerns.
