1.0 star rating		Upon arriving to check in we were told that the people who had been staying in our room had extended their stay and so we had to go to another hotel. We did not even receive an apology, and were met with constant problems in the other hotel as the Jormand did not transfer our booking which was fully paid, and the hotel we were sent to kept demanding payment from us.		07 November 2008

3.0 star rating	Basic but value for money at Hotelopia rate I paid. Good for one night and move on. Good location for old Dubai	Despite asking only one set of bath linen for 2 people????? Smell of damp Kitchen cupboards suffered from water damage at some point and should be replaced Car Parking is restictive for bigger cars. Could provide welcome tea		16 June 2013
1.0 star rating	none whatsoever	This hotel was discusting and i would not recomend to anyone not even a tramp, me and my partner stayed for 21days, i have photos of all the errors. Your itinerary was not matching theirs by far. I even had to email them what i paid for from your web site and it most certainly did not match. They told me they couldnt move us to there sister hotel as we would have to pay. And that i need to get any money back from you guys.	Tracey	07 August 2013
2.5 star rating	It is clean as you may hope for and in a reasonable location. Service staff work hard and smile, very friendly.	The hotel is a electric shock death trap! My cooker did not work for cooking but for electric shocks. Even after I told them, I doubt they will have changed the cooker rings and taken them off. The kitchen is not really equipped even for simple cooking, like scrambled eggs. There weren't any bowls for example, so you can't have cereal either Sauna did not work, probably has not worked for some time. Air conditioning in the gym is pointless. I think the service staff are worked too hard, I want to know that even if they are not well paid, that they get enough time to rest. Being asked to wait 2 mins for them to check the mini bar is demeaning. Hardly going to give a hotel with dangerous facilities more profile by spending in the mini-bar!!!		24 September 2013
1.5 star rating	No any positive thing in this hotel.	There are cockroaches everywhere in the room, in the bed, even in the refrigerator. Very dirty rooms, and smell bad, I change for three rooms, but they are the same. The breakfast is bad and dirty , I saw hair in the food many times. I not recommend this hotel for anyone. I booked foe 29 days, but I checked out before ten days, because I couldn't stay more, for bad hotel. Also I claimed to return back my money, but no response.
