4.0 star rating	The staff were marvellous and the breakfast was outstanding. It's in a great location and easy to get to some fabulous restaurants from the hotel.	I would never go back because even though the room was large and comfortable it had an open bathroom and I absolutely hate not having a door on the bathroom.! I do not want to see anyone at the bathroom sink nor do I want to be exposed to bathroom noises and smells. It made it rather awkward for us both that we agreed to go onto the balcony if either one of us wanted to go to the toilet. Except I locked the balcony door and was stuck there until we had a huge struggle and managed to get it unlocked after a few frantic minutes. The room we had must have been over the kitchen because I was getting food/oil/burnt toast smells in the early morning and at night we were awaken by drunks coming out of the night clubs so don't get room 202! Very difficult to get to the pool if you are disabled, just about have to be a mountain goat to get up there. Definitely if you have any problems with climbing don't go to the hotel. 4.5 star rating	Breakfast buffet is excellent. Rooftop pool and bar are possibly the best in Seminyak, uninterrupted sunshine all hours of the day. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Most restaurants and bars in Seminyak are within a few minutes walk from hotel. Room is quite spacious and clean, king size bed with lots of pillows is super comfortable, turn down service is great. I have stayed at U Paasha on multiple occasions and would highly recommend it.	Laundry service is very expensive compared to local rates. Not practical for doing small number of items. 4.0 star rating	Really enjoyed staying here, great location (smack bag in the middle of everything), spacious modern room, decent drinks & great roof top pool. 4.5 star rating	Lovely hotel in great location with big pool and view	We arrived at 3pm and didn't get to check in to room till after 430 pm. Nobody at front desk was helpful and kept palming us off and making excuses regarding house keeping. They asked us to wait but didn't give any answers or time frame. We thought check in was 2pm but apparently the previous guests had left at 2pm as its '24 hours checkout'???? So the room wasn't ready for some time. 5.0 star rating	Fantastic service, my flight was cancelled so I arrived a day late. The hotel were so helpful in rearranging my transfers and room, wonderful service from pick up to check out. Great location too :) the roof top pool was just beautiful in the morning watching the sun rise, it's so quiet away from the hustle and bustle below you could really relax and enjoy the space. 4.0 star rating	Room very spacious, bed very comfortable. Large bathroom space as well. Roof top Pool area was great. Staff very warm and welcoming. Lovely big spacious front reception area. Walk outside and you are in the heart of Seminyak. Great shops and cafes/restaurants. Overall a great stay!	Unfortunately we didn't get seaview (though we booked months in advance) and overlooked (something resembling a tip). We were meant to be moved but that didn't happen (but still - it was a lovely room). Thought the bathroom/toilet needed extra TLC.	John	13 March 2016
