2.0 star ratingnone..it is a pity that it does not function very well as a proper hotel, we had some difficulties when we arrived with the room, and got greeted with alot of attitude, and unwillingness to make a change ! also when we then went and read some reviews to see what other people thought they had passed the same comments some time back which we were experiencing again. So our honest view is they have some inherent problems with the basic functioning of the hotel (like in the rooms with two baths there is not enough hot water to fill the two baths so what is the point ??) It is really a "wanna be" boutique hotel but falls quite short off the mark !singapore visitor13 December 2012
4.5 star ratingStaff are very friendly and will answer your doubts politely too. Room was smaller than i thought, but the design was pretty awesome. There were various theme to choose from too ! Overall it was an exciting stayVacationalist04 January 2016
