1.0 star rating	Non	Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Cut my foot on the pool as the glass had come away from the tiles and left big holes in the seating area! Hallways Dirty In one of the rooms I booked the tap gel off leaving water pouring from the tap, when informed reception they swore at him and told him to go away while my other friend had his hand over the tap! 3.0 star rating	the location is good and close to the mall.	the air-con is too cold at mid-night and can't be adjusted - same cold even turned to 30 degrees. the swimming pool is small and old without maintenance.	Anonymous	23 April 2017
2.5 star rating	Good location. Towels for the beach service.	I book a 3 pax room and in the room were only 1 Queen bed (2 pax only). The single bed wasn't in the room. Towels, soap, glasses, all for only 2 pax. I had to ask several times for the bed and the missing things and some were never brought.	Anonymous	07 February 2016

1.0 star rating		Paid for my room 6 weeks in advance - only to find out on arrival at the hotel they had sold my room and would move me to a different hotel. After waiting over 90 minutes to be taken to the different hotel i told the staff to give me money for a taxi and i would take myself. Only then did they agree to take me and my girlfriend. The alternative hotel ended up being a further 15 minutes walk away from the centre of Patong. Finally, instead of a double bed, i was given 2 single beds at the alternative hotel. The staff at APK Resort and Spa came across as rude and i felt if i didn't say anything, they would let me wait all night. Fortuantly Hotelopia gave me a full refund which was the only positive.
