1.5 star ratingNot at allThis hotel is worse than ever and not recommend to stay. I would like to share my negative experience. We booked 1 unit superior room(for 2 adults) and 1 unit family room (It is 2 unit of rooms with interconnection door which cater for 4 adults). We booked through Hotelopia wedpage and during our check in, the fierce reception lady only give 2 unit superior rooms and insist this is our booking which cater for 4 adults only. I show her my Hotelopia booking detail but she ignored. She claimed they have no more room and if we want, the most she can input two extra bed in our room. During our argument for more than half an hour, 1 gentlement approach to reception lady and check on my booking copy. In the end he provide three superior rooms without any apologize. The worst part is, I need to approach to reception lady in order to having my breakfast for two morning. Imagine I talked to her and the way she look at me. This is completely nightmare and spoil our holiday mood. Will not recommend anyone to stay.Anonymous 04 May 2016
