3.5 star rating	Hotel was in a good location.	There was a swampy/sewer smell every time you walked into the lobby as well as in our room. The pools were not very clean.		03 March 2013
4.0 star rating	Pool Villa rooms which I paid to Upgrade was nice. Big bed with comfortable pillow. Big room which I could open my luggages and still have rooms to walk. Nice resting bed at the balcony next to the pool.	On the other hand, the premier room I originally stayed for one night was horrible. Bathroom very bad, water power is super slow when shower, bedroom very small, balcony is useless since no chair can be placed there. The room looked very old and need to use an old fahsion key to open the door instead of computer card key. I understand there will be renovation on these rooms this week, but this is the oldest room I have ever stayed. Cannot named as resort if no renovation.	Cake	20 April 2013
4.0 star rating	Rooms were clean, comfortable and not dated. The Spa experience was superb. All the staff were friendly and helpful.	The beds were too hard. The breakfast buffet was the same through out the 11 days we were there.		10 June 2013
5.0 star rating	We arrived at 2.00 a.m. and the staff were there to meet us with a welcome drink. Our first impression of our room was wow. It was a large room, and the staff had left a display on our bed made from orchids and palm leaves, welcoming us to the burasari. All staff were very friendly and helpful. All the girls- (Koy, Goong, Bum, Da da, Khau, Nid and Pin) in the breakfast area were so helpful, and got to know us quite well before we left. My husband needed to go to the doctor, and the staff at the front desk arranged everything, and even took us there in a car. Great service. A very nice hotel to stay in, also close to the beach and shopping area.	The only thing I missed was a clock in the room.	Fitzy	02 September 2013

4.5 star rating	The resort is in a great location close enough to walk to the action yet far enough away to be . Staff for the most are very attentive to your needs.
