5.0 star rating	The staff were very friendly, we hired 3 rooms and 2 of our rooms were upgraded kindly to a family room, which was huge. Our 3rd room was a little cosy but ok. Good value for money	Sadly there was a kettle but no coffee etc in the smaller room. Im sure if I would have asked that this would have been provided. Our room was not made up 1 day and I rang and asked the lady for towels, that were never delivered. I also asked for a power addaptor that when it was delivered did not work, I did ring and ask for another one, and again this was not delivered. 4.5 star rating	This is the second time I have stayed here and it is by far the best value for money in Patong. Is in a great location with extremely friendly staff (if you bother to stop and actually have a chat to them). 2 pools (1 on the roof with amazing views) and fresh beautiful food. I have only stayed in the deluxe rooms and again, for the money, they are very large in size and very clean. Will be definitely staying there again on my next trip!		James	21 March 2015

4.5 star rating	We booked 4 nights in Amata Resort. The location of hotel is very good, close to Bangla Road, about 4 minutes walk. Next to hotel is a main road with busy traffic, but the balcony doors have very good sound insulation. Near to the hotel you can find everything (shops, exchange offices, expensive tuk-tuk drivers and tour brokers too). Our room was in the new building on the 7 th floor with view to the pool, but we didnt try the pool. Only one time we was at rooftop to check the another pool, but it dont look like at pictures. The room was big enough with air condition, fridge, tv and safe for free of charge. The bathroom with shower and toilet was big enough too. To services, we have daily cleaning and we have got daily 2 bottles of water. The staff was helpful and polite.	The rooftop pool is not nice as they declare	Peti	25 November 2015
3.0 star rating	Its near to the beach, mall and bangla road... The pool is very nice specially the rooftop pool you can see the patong beach view... The staff is quite nice somehow...	Only one key for the room.. Need to go to the counter to open our room.. The aircon is leaking... No toothbrush, coffee.. The breakfast choices not enough... 4.5 star rating	the hotel was very well located and value for money. The food was excellent and the staff could not do enough to help. They went out of their way to help any time and very friendly .we would love to stay again next year	had trouble at check in as they could not find our reservation .and the room that we had had a kettle but no cups or any way of making a coffee.	shane	20 June 2016

4.5 star rating	I found the rooms are inviting and love to stay once again the staff are great And are friendly	I beleave the food cauld have more selection in types of food yes the omlets are faultless but for hot food bacon fried would be a good complement to go with the eggs And a littal more in veriaty in danishes would be great and flavoured yogurt would be a nice treat other then that well done and cant wait to come back	harley	21 October 2016

4.0 star rating	Great rooftop pool, decent rooms and close to all the action.	Many staff looked miserable. I was initially given a room that looked nothing like the online images but this was quickly addressed by the duty manager, who was courteous and helpful.	Australian	03 August 2017
2.5 star rating	The breakfast Buffet was nice & the roof top pool but that was about it.	I am not really one to post bad things, but really for a 2 year old hotel this was terrible. The bed was 2 kings pushed together, that were uneven height, so not only was the bed dipping in the middle it was also made of concrete. Asked for more pillows on 2 occasions, as there were only 2 for the king size bed, and none arrived. I hopped out of the shower one morning to find that house keeping had not left any towels for me, i called room service and no one could understand English, besides me getting annoyed and saying dont worry about it - i then had a giggle and an ok. The shower is small and the water hits straight onto the toilet... The roof top pool while offered amazing views, was never manned at the bar, and again had to call staff timelessly to come up to offer the bar service. No shade either on the pool top pool, so only ventured there later in the day. I wouldn't stay here again and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone else, there are many more resorts to choose from for the same cost if not cheaper.	MK	14 March 2016
