These stylish and comfortable apartments are located in Barcelona's chic Eixample district, 500 metres from Gran VÃa and 10 minutes' walk from Plaza EspaÃ±a. They feature chic decor and natural light. There are various bars, restaurants and shops within a 5 minutes' walk. The foot of Montjuic hill, with the Olympic Stadium, MNAC and Caixa Forum Museums, is a 10 minutes' walk away and the Joan MirÃ³ Park is a 4 minutes' walk away. These apartments are a 5 minutes' walk from EntenÃ§a and Tarragona Metro Stations, connecting guests with Las Ramblas within 10 minutes. Sants AVE Train Station is 600 metres away.

4.5 star rating	1. Location - A short walk to the nearest Metro Station, about 5-10 minutes. Situated near plenty of Supermercats, where you can get basic groceries till 11pm. Not much traffic noise, but be careful when crossing roads as sometimes a green man walking doesn't mean it's always safe. 2. Rooms - Spacious Rooms. Having two toilets were very handy and the balcony had a nice view. 3. Facilities - Modern facilities available. Basic cooking utensils too as well as towels and some toiletries. 4. Service - Excellent service: staff were friendly - happy to help. Easy to contact. - Towels and bed sheets were changed every 2nd/3rd day, as well as a resupply of toilet roll. - Granted permission to leave luggage temporarily at a secured room. 5. City Tax Came to 17 Euros for 6 people. This amount will vary from place to place. 6. Other Comments This is not to do with the hotel, but I feel it's worthwhile mentioning but be -very- wary of pickpockets when travelling by rail. Upon our arrival on the first train we got on, a group of girls tried to pickpocket us whilst we were boarding with our heavy luggage. This seemed like their normal "working area" as the confusion from scrambling on the train gives a perfect excuse to get close. I was fortunate enough to notice my pocket being felt that when I made a noise they scrambled off the train as the doors were closing leaving one of my friend's bags open. Luckily nothing was taken but the potential was very high. Two of the ladies were very youthful, they were also accompanied by an older lady. It's also better to check the official website for this apartment as I believe they do offer Breakfast services when ordering on their site. Out of courtesy, I had given the category food 5/5 as the average score would've dropped if I had left it blank. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very modern, all European plugs, with not a bad location to begin exploring. There just needs to be some improvements towards the facilities, such as a lift to accommodate for heavy luggage, a stable temperature for hot water, additional seating and extra cooling/ventilation upon the other rooms.	1. Location - Takes about 2h 30 to get to Girona airport via metro, train line and coach. 2. Rooms - Air conditioned in the living room only, meaning other bedrooms were stuffy. No instructions in how to use the AirCon. - Only four chairs available (excluding sofa) which made seating difficult, ultimately just sat on the sofa bed to compensate. One chair in particular felt very unstable and vulnerable to breaking. - Double Bed was literally two beds aligned, as oppose to a King-sized bed. - Lighting was fine everywhere except the living room, it was dim and ambient. 3. Facilities - Intermittent hot water: was perfectly fine during the first day but after a while the water does have some trouble maintaining heat. Not just in the shower but in the kitchen sink too; when you want hot water you can hear the boiler beside the sink start up, but it takes about a minute before feeling any temperature. And then shortly after you can hear the boiler power down. Which means that you got about another few seconds -of hot water left. - Similar situation in the shower, in occasion will it turn cold suddenly. But you just have to wait another 10 seconds for it to heat up again and within another minute it would repeat. - Small bathroom toilet not fully secured in place, leans forward when you sit down. - Lack of a lift made walking 4 floors difficult with luggage. Although there is a rope where you can tie your luggage to wrench up to the top floor, but it's a bit dangerous to operate. - TV often had poor signal, and channels not accommodating for non-Spanish guests. - Little washing up liquid available.
