5.0 star ratingGreat location within walking distance to most attractions.. Staff on reception are really helpful and friendly. We turned up very early after our Cruise and we're prepared to drop our cases off at the hotel and return at the appropriate check in time. However the chap on the front desk checked and found us a vacant room and allowed us to check in. Later on that day a grouof school kids arrived and albeit they were not doing anything wrong merely excited and making lots of noise, we asked to be moved to another rome away from the schoolarty, instantly moved without any fuss or charge. Great Customer Service. I will stay here again and wold strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to Barcelona.Could find anything negative to say about it.George.26 April 2017
