4.0 star ratingReception staffs are very helpful and provide us with city map without us asking and even advise us the key places to visit. Hotel is very convenient as metro station is jus 2 mins away and there is an Aerobus stop jus outside the hotel.03 November 2008

4.5 star ratingHotel was extremely easy to locate from the airport and was ideally located for public transport. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was superb - lovely shower! Also we had a lovely view from our room. Staff were very friendly and helpful when approached. Would defintely recommend the hotel and would use it again. Could do with tea and coffee making facilities in the room.27 January 2009
4.0 star ratingHotel staff are very kind and helpful. They responded appropriately to our requests. We reserved two executive rooms but our rooms were upgraded with fantastic rooms. The hotel(room) is clean and has necessary equipment. The location is really nice to access public transportation.The rooms just in front of the main street are noisy.
