3.0 star rating	Excellent location - easy walking distnce to Las Ramblas and Sagrada Familia. Nice reception area and toilet facilities.	When we arrived we had a long wait at reception and were told to come back later as they had no rooms available - even though we were told we could check in from 12pm. The hotel room smelt of smoke and we had to leave the window open to get rid of the smell. The hotel room was quite small and very basic. Not quite what we expected for a 4* hotel.		28 August 2011
3.0 star rating	esta muy bien situado para lo que nosotros querÃamos que era ir de compras el personal del hotel muy agradable la cama muy grande	la habitaciÃ³n estaba con bastante polvo yo soy alÃ©rgico y lo note eramos dos y solo nos pusieron una toalla de baÃ±o descuido pero fue asÃ de mi habitaciÃ³n el baÃ±o era lo peor,la cortina ducha ( puerta cristal por favor),la baÃ±era no funcionaba,creo que por lo bien que estaba la habitaciÃ³n ese baÃ±o noooooo Una cosa mas las almohadas eran papel de fumar.	kiko	14 May 2012
