4.5 star rating	Sehr freundliches, kompetentes Personal. Hervorzuheben ist die Rezeption. Puristische Einrichtung, traf zu 100% unseren Geschmack. GemÃ¼tliches Bett. Sehr leckeres, abwechslungsreiches FrÃ¼hstÃ¼ck	Viel zu dunkle RÃ¤ume, trotz der groÃen Fenster. Die paar kleinen Lichter reichen einfach nicht aus. Nur ein Handtuchhaken, direkt in der Dusche und lustigerweise 2 auf der Toilette. Hab die Logik nicht ganz verstanden.;) Die Nachttischlampen wurden lang nicht mehr geputzt, unschÃ¶n sie anzufassen. 4.5 star rating	Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen (5min FuÃweg vom Ku'damm, U-Bahn-Station direkt vor der TÃ¼r), das Zimmer war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel, was ich definitiv weiter empfehlen kann!			03 January 2012
4.0 star rating	Sehr freundliches, kompetentes Personal	Overdesigned. Beleuchtung chic, aber funktionell katastrophal. Spiegel im Bad zu klein, zu dunkel, Blendung durch Fenster. Leseleuchten falsch angebracht. In der Garage Wasserablaufrinne nicht abgedeckt. Unfallgefahr.		13 March 2012

3.0 star rating	Room cleanliness: The room was quiet clean and bedsheets and towels were changed where requested. Hotel location: Very easy to commute to city centre in very short time.	Internet: Although advertised as having wifi available in the room, the was no reception in the room whatsoever. Wifi was only available in the lobby. Staff: Although we had called after making the reservation to request for a double bed as opposed to two singles and being assured by the lady on the phone that it was not a problem, upon our arrival we discovered we were placed in a room with a double bed on which two single mattresses were placed next to each other. We arrived late after our trip around 10pm and were not pleased we had to go back to reception to ask for a change of rooms but luckily they served us quickly and our room was switched to one with a proper double bed. Furthermore, on the one out of the seven nights we decided to stay in, we discovered that there were no English channels on the TV apart from the news (BBC I think). We thought that we could rent a movie so we called the reception to ask whether the hotel provided that service. When someone picked up eventually (on the second try), we identified our room number and instead of being asked how they could help us, the person from the reception who answered the phone said "What is your question?" in a tone like we were actually bothering him! Room location: Our room was located next to the street which made it extremely noisy. Unfortunately there was no option of closing the window since it was quite hot in the room otherwise.
