This gay-friendly city hotel is situated at Lietzenburger Strasse 13-15, in the district of SchÃ¶neberg, the heart of Berlin's gay scene. Built in 2009, this 6-storey hotel comprises 85 guest rooms and features a rooftop garden/sun terrace. The air-conditioned establishment welcomes its guests into a lobby with 24-hour reception service. On-site facilities include lift access, a cafÃ©, and a restaurant with a patio. Business guests may use the conference facilities and WLAN Internet access throughout the entire hotel. Facilities on offer in the rooms include king-size/double beds, TV and WLAN Internet access. 4.0 star rating	The design in and around the hotel. The sauna's are open till 02.00 am. The staff is goodlooking and very helpfull. The breakfast is very good, all you want is available. The restaurant is very nice decorated and the Hotel is 100 meters from the KaDeWe in a nice neighbourhood. The bed is very large en good.	Not realy negative but the cleaners have a tuff job to clean the rooms because they are all designed in black and thats a color who is difficult to clean. Consider this and then you see the cleaner do their best. Our room was for us clean enough. The bed is large but the room is it not, just enough space to walk around, but your only their to sleep, is 't it?	Kees	11 October 2011

4.0 star rating	Very central and good value. Friendly helpful staff	Room 107 had an extra ordinary amount of dust settling everywhere. Suspected the aircon blowing it of a high positioned shelf above the bed and blowing it around the room. The shelf would be very hard to clean as it was high up but it did had half an inch thick layer of dust on it. I was not to affected although I noticed it. My asthmatic boyfriend did not cope with it to well. That was a shame in an otherwise nice and great hotel!	Paul	12 August 2016
