This hotel is located in the city centre of Berlin and the famous KaDeWe department store is a 5-minute walk away. It is a short drive away from the Memorial Church and the nearest station is Nollendorfplatz. The popular KurfÃ¼rstendamm shopping street and Berlin Zoo are just a 5-minute underground ride away. The hotel was established in 1958 and features a restaurant, a bar, a conference room and a fitness centre/gym. It offers a Spa where the guests can relax and feel at home.All 701 modern rooms are equipped with minibar, hairdryer and air conditioning.

4.0 star rating	Von Innen ein super schÃ¶nes Hotel - sehr freundlich eingerichtet, sehr farbenfroh. Wir bekamen ein Zimmerupgrade und hatten ein wunderschÃ¶nes Doppelzimmer mit einen tollen Badezimmer, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.	Der Fernseher war im Zimmer defekt - haben es an der Rezeption mittags gemeldet und Abends war es immer noch defekt und keiner hatte unsere Anfrage weitergegeben. Waren von der ProblembewÃ¤ltigung etwas enttÃ¤uscht. Danach haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt weil Abends kein Techniker mehr verfÃ¼gbar war... Im neuen Zimmer war dann die Klimaanlage defekt :-)	smoozie	20 March 2012
3.0 star rating	-the first room they gave was noisy-near their air conditioning towers,so it was good that they gave me a better one. -the bathroom was very clean. -the breakfast buffet had good variety.	-the bed was very uncomfortable - lumpy and sagging -when you turn on the air conditioning fan it makes the room really dusty. -very poor choice of t.v. stations in english: only BBC World -dissapointed that when you book a discount room, the discount is not your reward for booking early but is for ending up with a sub-standard internet room.	sally	24 November 2012
