1.0 star ratingAt arrival they informed me at the reception, that they are overbooked and that they arranged for me another hotel. I made a reservation for a superior room. This is a room with a big bed (as on your and hotel's web page shown) But I get in the other hotel a small room with a small bed at the wall. To be overbooked is even not exceptable, but if this happen, then I should get minimum the same room standard as I booked. I am since more than 25 years in tourism business and nobody can tell me that this is normal. That's why I'm not happy with my stay and I send already my complain to you.
