Comfortable and modern, this hotel is in a prime location at the heart of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter, a few metres away from the Cathedral and the Palau de la MÃºsica and just a few minutes from the Borne area, famous for its restaurant offering, Bohemian atmosphere and elitist style. The surrounding area is filled with delightful restaurants, bars and shops. 3.0 star rating		When we arrived we were told to come back at 2pm which was fine. On returning to the hotel we were told our room was not ready and to come back in another hour as the people had not checked out (bearing in mind they should have checked out at 12). The Receptionist behind the desk, Orlando, was extremely rude to us, suggesting it was our fault!!!!! His superior returned to the desk and magically found us a room.		23 September 2008
3.5 star rating	Well located for tourism, friendly hotel with a good breakfast.	We had room 103 which was too small and with no natural light ie window. The room felt like a prison cell particularly on the first night		12 October 2008
5.0 star rating	What can i say? One of the best hotels with the best location (short walk from La Rambla) in Barcelona. We got a room on the 8th floor and were a bit unsure of it in the beginning but when we got there, the room was absolutely spotless..the balcony was a nice size and the view overlooking the city was spectacular (especially at night). There was no loud noises or disturbance from the other rooms or corridors and the staff were very helpful.	The only draw back and only, was that the check in time is a little late (2pm). However, staff were willing to take our luggage and store it while they got the room ready. Not a major problem though as there is plenty shops, bars and places to see. All in all we would give it 5/5. Will definitely stay here again.		27 August 2009
3.0 star rating		The shower and aircon were not working. I understand there was civil disorder, but the taxi didn't arrive and the staff din't help so we were left to try to get to the airport on our own.		08 April 2012
3.0 star rating	Great location. Staff friendly. Free mineral water- really helpful in such a hot country. Luggage storage facility even after check out.	Not the quality of 4* hotel. Broken air conditioning led to an uncomfortable week's sleep. The room was incredibly small and dark- only one window opening onto a brick wall!	Anonymous	23 March 2014
4.5 star rating	Vi var dÃ¤r med 2 Ã¥ring barn och vi fÃ¥r vÃ¤rm up vÃ¤lling i natten microwave i reception. Bra personel. Mycket bra omrÃ¥de nÃ¤ra allt.	Inte sÃ¥ mycket olika mat i frukost och inte tillrÃ¤ckning ocksÃ¥.	Ali azadeh Hanna	03 June 2017
