A stroll up Las Ramblas will take guests to the Gothic Quarter, as well as museums such as the Picasso Museum. The Cathedral is nearby and the closest beach is Barceloneta, which is 15 minutes away. Additional facilities include lift access, a café, bar, dining room and room service. Internet access is also provided in the common areas. 3.0 star ratingWe paid for a large room with balcony and were given a small room without balcony. This was changed when we went and advised them but this should have been done in the first place. The room was dirty, floor was dirty, kitchen area only had an old saucepan, 2 glasses, a couple of plates and there wasn't a kettle to make a drink!! The air conditioning didn't work and the fridge was so very noisy in the night. Very noisy room with people shouting and singing outside and the traffic noise. Although in a good location, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, just because you put a small car in your reception area it does not make a hotel Chic! I think it should be called Chic Very Disappointed22 November 2012
