3.0 star rating	Sehr modern, toller Ausblick aus dem Zimmer (15. Stock) Sehr freundliches Personal im Deskbereich bei Fragen usw. Miriam hat sich sehr bemÃ¼ht wo ich meinen Geburtstag feiern kann!	-Sehr schlechter Service der Sauberkeit auf den Zimmern! (Wird nicht gesaugt, Flecken auf Teppich und Sofa, im Badbereich wird nicht mal Staub gewischt auf den Regalen, NachfÃ¼llen von Duschgel etc. werden nicht jeden Tag nachgefÃ¼llt, AbdrÃ¼cke von GlÃ¤sern werden nicht entfernt und es klebt -Service im Bereich Essen und AuÃen etwas unprofessionell -Ich hatte vorher eine Email geschrieben, dass mein Partner und ich uns verloben und wir meinen 30. Geburtstag feiern. Bis auf einen lÃ¤ppischen Geburtstagskuchen, der eher von dem Personal im Rezeptionsbereich kam (Miriam, sehr nette Frau) haben wir nichts erhalten. Obwohl eine Email an uns zurÃ¼ck kam in der wir vollgeschleimt wurden und sonst was bekommen wÃ¼rden. Sehr schlecht und enttÃ¤uschend!		21 August 2011

5.0 star rating	Upon checking in we were upgraded to a Fabulous Room. The room and the hotel facilities could not be faulted at all. Very Chic and Stylish.	We had pre-booked a table in the Bravo Restaurant and due to some sort of incident, the restaurant was closed. We were not notified of this upon check in. We were told by another guest upon trying to gain access to the restaurant that it was closed. We were offered a table in the Wave restaurant but waited some 20 mins after being seated to be given menus. Bottled Water in the room is chargable and this is usually now given as standard in many hotels, especially ones of a 5* rating.		12 April 2012

5.0 star rating	The W Hotel in Barcelona was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who all could speak at least 3 languages. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the facilities incredible. We will return soon			21 June 2012

4.5 star rating	Wir fanden das Hotel sehr angenehm. Die Tiefgarage super fÃ¼r unseren Pkw. Im Sommer noch toller, da man den hauseigenen Strand zu FuÃ sehr gut erreichen kann.	Tapas einfach zu teuer. DafÃ¼r aber viele weitere Restaurants im Haus. SPA soll 20,-- Euro kosten - WARUM ?		18 March 2013
