2.0 star ratingI have booked a roomw/ a garden veiw for 2 adults and 1 child 10 yrs. old. when we arrived they said that they have upgrade our into a superior one. I can't see any garden in our room and not only that, my son has no extra bed. I thought tha if you book for 3 persons, the extra bed is already included just like all hotels in Europe and some of other asian countries. they said I have to pay extra for the extra bed and I argue and they told us tha they are giving free an extra bed as a complementary. I have called them many times but the complementary bed was never been delivered. We end up sharing a double bed which made our stay very uncomfortabel :-((. It's very noisy in the lobby.
