2.0 star ratingBad booking and follow up arrangement by Somerset Olympia Makati. I booked and prepaid the stay at Somerset Olympia Makati for 2 nights, however, when I checked in, they told me only 1 night stay was confirmed; the hotel was fully booked and not able to offer my second night stay. And they would made arrangement and transferred me to another hotel. Somerset Olympia Makati had no confirmation for the transfer arrangement until the very last moment around 2pm of the second day afternoon; and without any choice. They then transferred me to Berjaya Makati Hotel which is located in a not convenient location, and the hotel quality is not good. But I had no other choice at such last moment arrangement by Somerset Olympia; very bad arrangement by them.20 November 2013
