3.5 star ratingGood facilities and cleanlinessStaff have very poor understanding of English on 3 occasions I requested staff to assist and the reply was yes Sir but then no service was delivered. On one occasion I requested a bucket of ice be delivered to my room the response was certainly Sir and then no ice was sent Before checking out I asked for the mini bar to be checked early so there would be no delay at checkout time and again this did not happen This place is definitely overpriced for the service received will not be back many better options in Makati in this price range Anonymous 31 July 2015
