2.5 star ratingGood location.The staff are not informative and act slow. When I called down reception and requesting creamer and coffee sachet during my stay, a lady receptionist called me back after 10 minutes and double confirm the items that I want, by the time of sending the items plus the ten minutes time wastage from reception side, it takes about 25 minutes to deliver the items to my room which is totally unacceptable. The breakfast is terrible, not much of choices, taste awful. Quest Lam23 July 2015
2.5 star ratingThe rooms are usually not tidy when we are out. We were booked in premier room but was given a standard room but staff insisted it was a premier room however we have friends who are also booked in standard room and we did a comparison and it happend to be the same category. After our insistence then the staff change the room for us which is very deceiving and dishonest. Xavier21 July 2015
2.5 star ratingServcie from staff was good except in downstairs bar area. Waited 25 minites for a cocktail.The management need to review who they are catering for. The breakfast selection was poor for foreigners eg Australian, English and American. Fruit selection only two fruits. Food in trays cold. No bacon. We are all not Muslins.Would probably never stay there again. New hotels near by at around same price. Ken Pitt02 March 2016
