4.5 star rating	The hotel was well situated for union square. The reception staff and concierge were very helpful. The room was very nice, spacious and nicely decorated. Overall an excellent place to stay whilst sight seeing in San Francisco.	It was difficult to order food and drink. We had to go up to the bar to order as a server did not come to us.		08 June 2012
5.0 star rating	Great position - perfect for cable car and street car getting about. Plenty of diners nearby so an out of hotel breakfast is no problem. We did up grade for $20 a night at check-in and this seemed a good investment as we had an executive room with all the amenities.
