2.0 star rating	Relativ nahe am Zentrum San Franciscos. Das Personal ist unheimlich bemÃ¼ht und kÃ¼mmert sich schnell und problemlos um Probleme, Fragen und andere Angelegenheiten! Top!	Tja... wir wollten uns unser eigenes Bild vom Hotel machen, obwohl wir auch viele schlechte Kritiken gelesen haben. Aber leider war es wirklich unsauber, spartanisch eingerichtet und es roch durchgehend sehr unangenehm (by the : Es sind dort Haustiere erlaubt - Ursache fÃ¼r den Geruch?). Wir waren drei NÃ¤chte dort und niemand hat unseren Raum gesÃ¤ubert. Die Gegend ist unheimlich, Ã¼berall roch es nach Urin, es gab Gestalten dort, die auf dem Boden campierten/schliefen/urinierten und nicht-vorhandene Gegner anbrÃ¼llten. Schade, von der Idee her war das Hotel toll (Umweltfreundlichkeit). Wir haben pro Nacht 30 $ ParkgebÃ¼hren bezahlt ( Tax 4$), also 34$ pro Nacht!!!!! Das machte das Hotel so teuer pro Nacht, dass wir uns sehr geÃ¤rgert haben, nicht ein besseres, teureres ausgesucht zu haben.	Heike	06 July 2013

1.0 star rating	Central location	We were very disappointed at this hotel for mainly one reason. When we got there first to check in the welcome was very cold and it was as if we were disturbing. My wife and I had booked a double bed room but when we finally got to our room there were only two single beds. Then when we asked for another room we got a straight no with offer to pay to upgrade to get a double bed. We showed the confirmation of our reservation clearly stating double bed but the lady was very unhelping. After a long time arguing and showing our disappointment did she agree to give us a smaller room but with a double bed. We had to wait an additional hour to get access to it. The room standar was very low, especially the bathroom where we found traces of long black hair on the floor and the toilet. We would definitely not recommend this hotel	David johansson	15 August 2017
