5.0 star rating	The Hotel was absolutely wonderful. We traveled with a 6 month old and it was very convenient to be linked to so many malls, the sky train, and even the Erawan temple. The breakfast Buffet had a good variety for even vegetarians. The Rooms were so comfortable so even if you were stuck inside for a day you would not feel like a day was wasted. The pool was lovely and the staff had the greatest manners. We felt very safe staying here.	There are none that we could think of.	Anonymous	15 August 2014
5.0 star rating	The service als a high standard at the Grand Hyatt.	Limited view from our corner room. Looking at a parkinggarage and a little bit to the golfcourse and horse riding. But this Will soon be over because off a new building at that site.	Anonymous	22 August 2014
5.0 star rating	A magnificent hotel with 5 star trimmings all the way. They really put the GRAND in the Grand Hyatt. The minute you arrive and warmly greeted to the opulence of the lobby and the check in staff and concierge service - I couldn't want for more. The location is simply perfect for all the Bangkok has to offer with shopping & food. If you need to explore there is the train station just down the road or the guys out front will get a taxi for you in about 2 minutes flat.	Asked for a smoking room which we got but the smell would never leave the room. In fact as soon as the elevators opened the whole floor smelled strongly of stale smoke. I presume this could be addressed with a different/better air con system. But I did ask for smoking room so I cant really complain. (time to give up anyway)	Rosey	01 September 2014

4.0 star rating	A standard night stay in a 5* hotel - no major issues - no lovely surprises either - it simply ticked the boxes for travel (with exception of the over pricing on food and drink items).	1 Can of Singha beer from the Mini-Bar (In Room Fridge) cost approx 280 baht (Thats in excess of Â£5 / $8 for a can of beer which could be purchased at a nearby 7-11 for approx 40 baht (less than Â£1 or $1:20). Markup is Approx 700% - Quite extreme and IMO disrespectful to the customer - Rip Off.. Pad Thai noodles were approximately 400 baht... compared to 200 baht for any nearby decent restaurant... A 200% markup - again quite cheeky. I'm aware hotels mark up their mini-bar and food items: However there seems no genuine justification for the over-pricing I witnessed: materials and quality were not significantly better... This was simply profiteering - For this reason alone I'd choose elsewhere... Everything else with our stay was standard.	MH	12 May 2015
